ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Retail to develop strategies and increase sales for the Jessica McCormack sales team. Your role will involve inspiring and coaching the sales team to reach their targets, as well as maintaining important relationships with UHNWI and prospects. To be considered for this position, you must have experience in selling fine jewellery and be skilled in building genuine relationships with clients. Meeting monthly and annual sales targets is also a key requirement, as the business is focused on ambitious growth.

POLISHERS, SETTERS & MOUNTERS
As an integral part of our expanding workshop team, we have an incredibly exciting project ahead – renovating our workshop! We are actively seeking skilled Polishers, Setters and Mounters to join our team. Your craftsmanship and expertise will play a vital role within our workshop, creating remarkable pieces of jewellery for our clients.
