Delivery

For all orders express delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Methods

  • Collect in Store (7 Carlos Place, London). Order before 12pm for next day collection (Monday- Friday). You will receive an email notification from one of our jewellery experts to arrange collection when your order is ready.
  • London Same Day (Zone 1-3). Order before 12pm for same day London (Zone 1-3) delivery (Monday - Friday).
  • Next Day. Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).
  • International Priority Express. Order before 12pm for next working day dispatch. 3-5 working days for EU & US orders. 5-7 working days for ROW orders.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, orders valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receivers IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment.

Duties

For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our
nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rest of World:
Bahrain, Georgia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, UAE.

Please note that even for countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Returns

If you are unhappy with your Jessica McCormack online
purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days - please note that this policy does not apply to in-store purchases. Please contact us straightaway on +44 (0) 207 491 9999 or enquiries@jessicamccormack.com with details of your online return request.

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Jessica McCormack box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
