Festive Delivery

As the festive season approaches we want to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Please make note of our guaranteed shipping cut-off dates here:

UK

Next Day. Order by Wednesday 23rd December at 12pm for next day delivery.

London Same Day (Zone 1-3). Order by Thursday 24th December at 12pm for same day London (Zone 1-3) delivery.

Collect in Store (7 Carlos Place, London). Order by Wednesday 23rd December at 12pm for next day collection. You will receive an email notification from one of our jewellery experts to arrange collection.

USA

Next Day - Order by Wednesday 23rd December at 12pm EST for next day delivery.

*Hawaii orders must be placed by 12pm EST on Monday 21st December.

International (Rest of World)

International Priority Express. Order by 12pm for same working day dispatch:

Australia & New Zealand - Order by Thursday 10th December at 12pm.

Rest of World - Order by Tuesday 15th December at 12pm.

Europe - Order by Thursday 17th December at 12pm.

Any orders placed after the above cut-off dates will be processed & shipped as per our normal shipping time-frames but we are unable to guarantee delivery in time for the Festive Holidays. Any orders placed from Wednesday 25th December will be processed & shipped from Tuesday 29th December.

Delivery

For all orders express delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Methods

UK

Next Day. Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following Business day (Monday – Friday).

London Same Day (Zone 1-3). Order before 12pm for same day London (Zone 1-3) delivery (Monday - Friday).

Collect in Store (7 Carlos Place, London). Order before 12pm for next day collection (Monday- Friday). You will receive an email notification from one of our jewellery experts to arrange collection when your order is ready.

USA

Next Day - Order before 12pm EST for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm EST will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).

Sales tax is calculated at checkout for all USA orders on our US website.

If the item you want to purchase is available only in the UK, please reach out to us & we will be able to discuss further.

International (Rest of World)

International Priority Express. Order before 12pm for same working day dispatch. 3-5 business days for EU. 5-7 business days for ROW orders.

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

FedEx will request payment of customs duties, taxes, or processing fees as part of the delivery process. Depending on the circumstances, this payment may be required before delivery or invoiced after your shipment has been delivered. For any questions, please email enquiries@jessicamccormack.com


Duties & Taxes

For customers outside of the UK & USA, all orders are shipped with import duties & taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable where orders are shipped without these fees included.

Rest of World:
Canada, Bahrain, Georgia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, UAE.

Please note that even for countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Returns

If you are unhappy with your Jessica McCormack online
purchase, please refer to our Terms & Conditions which provide for return option within 14 business days. Please contact us straightaway on 44 (0) 207 491 9999 or enquiries@jessicamccormack.com with details of any return request. 

We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Jessica McCormack box. Please be aware that we cannot refund taxes on international deliveries for EU & ROW and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
