What fastening do your earrings use?
Our hoops close with a hinged post and clasp, studs use a friction back fitting, and huggies are hinged. Fittings are noted on each product page.
Are the diamonds in a pair matched?
Yes. Stones for a pair are selected together and matched for colour, clarity and cut so they read as identical when worn. This is why carat weights are quoted as a total across the pair.
How do I care for pearl earrings?
Pearls are softer and more porous than gemstones. Put them on after fragrance, perfume and hairspray, wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store them separately from diamond-set pieces to prevent surface marking.
Can earring backs or fittings be replaced?
Yes. Replacement backs and fittings can be supplied and fitted by our London workshop. Contact our client team with the product reference and we will arrange an appointment.
What if I lose one earring from a pair?
Many designs can be remade as a single to complete an existing pair, subject to stone availability. Contact our client team with the product reference and, where possible, the original order details. For a design no longer in production, our Bespoke service can recreate it.
